(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the SkyRobins suite of AI-powered tools, accessible via subscription (including a free tier) at https://skyrobins.com (the “Service”), and branded as SkyRobins or 樂冰 AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, billing information (via Stripe) when you register or subscribe.

  • Profile Data: Subscription tier, preferences, usage settings.

  • User Content: Text prompts, chat logs, uploaded images, and any other material you submit to generate AI content.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Analytics: Interaction data, feature usage, performance metrics collected via PostHog and Sentry.

  • Infrastructure Logs: Server logs (IP address, timestamps, error reports) via Vercel hosting and Supabase database.

  • Cookies & Tracking: Standard cookies and local storage to remember preferences and session state.

1.3 Third-Party Data

  • OpenAI-style Routing Data: Queries and usage metrics passed through OpenRouter, Perplexity, Fal.ai.

  • Payment Information: Transaction status codes and subscription metadata via Stripe (credit card numbers are never stored on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Provision: To authenticate you, manage subscriptions, and deliver AI chat and image-generation results.

  • Improvements & Analytics: To monitor performance, detect errors (Sentry), and understand feature usage (PostHog), so we can enhance the Service.

  • Communication: To send transactional emails, updates, newsletters, or respond to inquiries at contact@skyrobins.com.

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with third parties who help us operate (e.g., Sentry, PostHog, Supabase, Vercel, OpenRouter, Perplexity, Fal.ai, Stripe).

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity under comparable privacy terms.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We may retain certain logs and analytics data for up to 24 months for performance monitoring and fraud prevention.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. These include encrypted connections (TLS), secure hosting on Vercel, and regular security audits. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
